Dear Whole Wide World, right now I'm at school. I'm hanging out with Denise and Rae (Rae is another one of my friends). We are hanging out after school and playing on our laptops. I am on Facebook, Denise is on email, and Rae is also on Facebook. Denise isn't on Facebook because she doesn't have an account: her parents won't let her. 3 DAYS TILL MY BIRTHDAY! I told my mom I would give $20 to her if she buys me a ripstik-and she said maybe! See, I got a lot of money because I help at 7th and 8th grade soccer games after school with Denisee: we each get paid $5 a game! But no, the games are all over and I have about $30 right now. I'm going to go play Mafia Wars with Rae on Facebook now!

Dear Whole Wide World, today at school was so boring. In fact, the only highlight of today so far was how my friend Kam let me ride her ripstik. A ripstik is an awesome 2-wheeled skateboard that is so cool! I really want one, but they're really expensive. I rode Kam's ripstik during Lunch Break, and while I was riding it Alli and her friends came up and we had a group hug! Alli's friends are Chloe, Jenna, and Mia, but Mia is her bestest friend. Something else that could be exciting is how there are supposed to be really bad storms later this afternoon, and there could even possibly be a tornado watch! Right now Alli is on working on her blog: she has one, too. Her blog is also a Dear Whole Wide World, only hers is from her perspective. OMG! Guess What! You know what I just thought of? MY BIRTHDAY! I turn 12 years old on May 17, which is in only 4 DAYS! I'm so excited! I've been asking over and over for a ripstik, and it's actually a maybe! I've showed my grandma what a ripstik is, and, because she's rich, she might split the cost with my parents for a ripstik! YAY! I can't wait!

Dear Whole Wide World, this is the story of me, and my life...
Hi, my name is Lulu Jane Muffin; an 11-year-old girl from Burgundy Bay Jr. High. I live right on the shore of Lake Michigan with my mom, dad, and 9-year-old sister Alli. And of course, pets are always part of my family. I have 3 cats: Snowy, Cookie, and Misti.

I am a HUGE cat lover! You might not be interested, but I am going to list ALLLLL of my cats' names. And trust me, there are a LOT. Well, here goes:

Max, Socks, Lily, Gracie, Timmy, Clarabelle, Fireball, Snowy, Blackie, Charlie, Scotty, Bella, Emerson, Roxanne, Rascal, Dwight, Little Bear, Roxy, Minty, Speedy, Payday, Silver, Spice, Peace, Butterscotch, Misti, Cookie, Smoky, Junior, Kiki, Bud, and Shadow.
